Jeremiah Marrow Bridge is 2,252 ft. long and 55 ft. wide and is located on I-71 over the Little Miami River Gorge between Fort Ancient & Oregonia, Ohio. Ohio Department of Transportation elected to put a Type-I Latex Modified overlay over the newly constructed bridge. This LMC overlay was complete in two phases during the process of the Jeremiah Build Project. North bound was placed in 2013 and South bound was placed in 2016. Placing a Latex Modified overlay on a new structure, such as this, can potentially have a life expectancy of 30 years. This is an excellent way to get the most out of the life span of newly constructed bridge decks.
